Jennifer C. Driver, an associate of the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of general corporate law, commercial transactions, land use and zoning - plus commercial litigation.

Ms. Driver received her law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, from which she graduated magna cum laude. While at Albany Law School, Ms. Driver served as an editor of the Albany Law Review and was a member of the Justinian Society. Ms. Driver received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, from which she graduated summa cum laude.

Ms. Driver is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the Albany County, New York State and American Bar Associations.
