Mary Elizabeth Slevin, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice in the areas of land use, real estate development, environmental law, trusts and estates in addition to general corporate practice. Ms. Slevin has assisted clients in the development of strategies for and acquisition of governmental approvals, environmental compliance and permitting - plus the pursuit of related litigation in State and Federal Courts for commercial, industrial and residential developments throughout upstate New York. She has advised business clients on all phases of legal operations including: legal structure, acquisition, contracts, commercial litigation and estate planning.

Ms. Slevin’s clients include national wireless system developers, technologically advanced service groups and manufacturers, major regional real estate developers and professional practices. She has also lectured at professional seminars on land use and general corporate law issues.

Ms. Slevin served as an Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation for ten years. She graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University and from the College of New Rochelle. Ms. Slevin is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. She is a member of the American, New York State and the Albany County Bar Associations.
